The S-type weighing sensor is composed of a parallel beam and an equal stress working beam, and the force is transmitted through the upper and lower and symmetrical auxiliary beams. The single point load cell is based on the principle of parallelograms, but an additional center beam should be provided for the position of the strain gauge to complete the task of measuring the beams and deflections at the top and bottom of the parallelograms. In stress analysis of engineering mechanics, a typical simplified model is used. In practical engineering analysis, most actual engineering components can be simplified as cantilever beams. Suitable for ground scales, platform scales, and leather belts.
The spoke type weighing sensor is composed of a wheel cluster, a wheel hub, a wheel spoke, and a strain gauge. The spokes are connected in pairs between the wheel hub and the wheel hub, and can be four or eight spokes. Suitable for weighing equipment such as weighbridges and platform scales, as well as for tension machines, press machines, and other force detection equipment.
The column type weighing sensor is a double spherical automatic reset and corrugated flat diaphragm welded sealing structure, which can be used to measure pressure and is particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications. The large capacity nature of the design generally does not bend or deform unless improperly loaded. The column type weighing sensor is suitable for ladle scales, rolling force measurement, testing machines, and various large tonnage ingredient weighing control.
