Especially machines with special configurations such as hydraulic fixtures and pneumatic fixtures must have a good testing environment. 2. Every six months, the equipment ball screw needs to be cleaned and maintained. When cleaning, gasoline should be used to wipe it clean before applying lubricating grease
3. If the site conditions permit, it is strongly recommended to add a regulated power supply, especially in case of occasional equipment abnormalities.
4. Prevent high temperature, excessive humidity, dust, corrosive media, water, etc. from immersing themselves inside the machine or computer. Regularly inspect and maintain the integrity of parts and components.
5. Pay attention to applying rust resistant oil to easily rusted parts or accessories that have not been used for a long time, such as fixtures, pins, etc. The jaws of the fixture or the sliding surface of the fixture should be kept clean to avoid collisions. After making a batch of samples, the debris left in the jaws should be cleaned in a timely manner. If the toothed part of the jaws is blocked, please use a steel brush dipped in gasoline to clean, and avoid using sharp and hard tools for cleaning.
6. Pay attention to changing the oil every 2500 hours (if the frequency of use is not very high, it usually takes more than three to five years to replace) for the main engine using a gearbox, and the lubricating oil is Mobil Gear 632.
2、 Maintenance methods for common problems with the host
1、
testing machineThe host power is not on, and the device cannot move up or down.
Exclusion method:
Check if the power line connected to the testing machine is properly connected;
Check if the emergency stop switch is turned on;
Check if the power supply voltage connected to the testing machine is normal;
Check if the fuse on the machine socket is burnt out. Please remove the backup fuse and install it.
2. The main power supply of the testing machine is powered on, and the equipment cannot be moved up or down.
Exclusion method:
Check if the device cannot be moved after 15 seconds, as the host needs to self check when starting up, which takes approximately 15 seconds;
Check if the upper and lower limits are in the appropriate position and have a certain operating space; Check if the power supply voltage connected to the testing machine is normal;
If the software is connected normally, open the device shell and check if there are any error messages on the server display screen inside the machine;
3. After the computer software is online, a prompt box appears displaying an overload message.
Exclusion method:
Check if the communication cable between the computer and the testing machine has fallen off;
Check if the online selection sensor is selected correctly;
Check if the sensor has been hit during recent experiments or keyboard operation;
Check if the calibration or calibration function of the software was used before the problem occurred;
Check if calibration values, calibration values, or other information in hardware parameters have been manually changed.
4. Occasionally, after the computer software is online, it prompts for online limit information.
Exclusion method:
Check if the limit lever screws are loose? Open the front housing and adjust the internal limit spring of the machine along the position of the limit rod to see if it is stuck or ineffective, and eliminate any poor contact caused by spring issues.
3、 Solution to common software problems
1. Online prompt; Failed to open the device. Please check if the host power is turned on or if the communication cable is connected properly& Rdquo;

Check if the power indicator light of the testing machine is turned on;
Check if the power is turned on again for 10 seconds before proceeding online;
Check if the communication line between the testing machine and the computer is connected properly;
Check if the USB hardware driver is working properly in the device manager. If the driver is not working properly, plug and unplug the USB connector again and restart the test. If the driver still cannot work properly, please reinstall the software. The driver file will be reinstalled on the computer, or contact the service department to send the driver file for manual driving.
2. What backups are required for software reinstallation
Solution: PowerTest3.0 software needs to back up the PowerTestD00C.exe, Sansmachine.mdb, usbdll.dll, writenum.dll, HardPara.mdb files in the software installation path, as well as the data files in the DATA folder. After reinstalling the software, copy the backed up files to the new installation path and replace them.
PowerTest2.0 requires backing up the PowerTest.cal, PowerTest.hdw, PowerTest.exe, experimental plan. mdb files in the software installation path, as well as the data files in the BIN and DATA folders. 3. No curve display after test operation
Exclusion method:
Check if there are curve coordinates. If there are no curve coordinates, double-click the result display bar;
Check the status display column for relevant information such as force, displacement, deformation (i.e. extensometer, only displayed if selected), large deformation (only displayed if selected), and whether there are numerical displays during the testing process;
Check the selection of deformation sensors and the correctness of curve display coordinates in the experimental plan.
4. Equipment does not stop after sample fracture

Enter the fixed force (load) attenuation rate (amplitude) set in the editing test plan, reduce the set value, and then test; Increase the inlet force (load) and outlet load appropriately, and ensure that the inlet load is consistent with the outlet load setting.
5. Stop the test without breaking it.

After determining the parameter, make modifications in the test plan.
6. Reusing software; Print Graphics” Or&quo; Export EXCEL” Troubleshooting method: When using these functions again, the software will call the default printer. Please check if the computer has a printer installed, and if there is no printer, add a virtual printer.
7. During the experiment, it was found that the test results differed significantly from the usual results

8. To run the software, you need to prompt for a registration code or authorization code
Exclusion method:
This reason is usually caused by software reinstallation or loss of software registration information.
