1. Necessary debugging conditions on site
1.1. On site
SiloThe foundation bolts between the foundation and the silo should not touch the silo, and the gap between the foundation bolts and the silo should reach about 10mm.
1.2 The pipelines between each silo and external equipment should be installed in a soft connection manner, and there should be no large additional force applied to each silo, and there should be no weight interference between each silo. Otherwise, the soft connection should be renovated as soon as possible. It is recommended that users conduct corresponding inspections in advance to avoid repetitive labor or delay in the construction period. (Joint inspection to be conducted on June 15th)
The corresponding welding work on the material warehouse is basically completed.
1.4 After the above three conditions are met, all weighing sensors can be installed on site. During the installation process, the installation and construction unit should pay attention to the following points:
Pay attention to the safety of personnel, equipment, devices, and tools, and take corresponding measures. Ensure that the sensor is installed vertically in place, so that the force on the sensor after installation is even.
Ensure that after the installation of the sensor is completed, no welding is carried out on the scale body. If there is occasional work that requires welding, measures should be taken to ensure that the current of the welding machine does not pass through the sensor. A soft ground wire should be installed between the upper and lower top plates of the sensor.
●
Load CellThe relevant screws for installing accessories should be fixed properly.
1.5 The on-site weighing signal line wiring is completed. (The main cable laying of the shift material warehouse has been completed)
After the installation of explosion-proof sensors, explosion-proof junction boxes, and double shielded signal cable wiring on site is completed and checked to be correct, initial power on testing is required. The final equipment debugging work can only be carried out after this work is completed.
2. System debugging work
2.1 Power on and debug the communication between the 4-20mA analog quantity and DCS. After confirming that the communication is normal, use a sensor simulator to send a signal to the weighing instrument. After the weighing instrument undergoes signal conversion, it sends a 4-20mA analog quantity signal to the DCS control system. DCS management and operators need to confirm this weight value, which must be completed before the equipment's metrological performance debugging.
2.2 Before equipment calibration, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the mechanical parts (anchor bolts and soft connections) and sensors of the on-site equipment. If any individual silos are found to have partial loads, relevant construction units need to cooperate and adjust them in place. The relevant calibration work should be carried out in weather with very low wind speeds.
2.3 Firstly, perform zero point calibration on the installed silo, and after calibration, allow each shift of silo to feed 500 tons. (It should be noted that the first feeding process requires accurate measurement. It is required that at least 500 tons of material be accurately measured by a calibrated weighing instrument before starting feeding into the silo. The loss in the intermediate process should be controlled to a minimum and should not exceed 1/1000 of the loss.)
After the material enters the silo and stabilizes, it is necessary to calibrate the measuring performance of the equipment (calibrated with 300 tons of material). After calibration is completed, add the material to 400 tons and 500 tons to check if the linearity is within the error range. If it exceeds the tolerance, it is necessary to handle mechanical faults to complete the measurement and debugging work of the equipment.
