The weighing module is an installation kit for weighing sensors, which can increase the force area of the sensor and stabilize the weighing sensor, avoiding weighing errors caused by sensor shaking, and ensuring the long-term stability of the sensor. The weighing module is commonly used for large-scale weighing sensors, such as cantilever beam type weighing sensors, column type weighing sensors, etc. It is suitable for hopper scales, canned scales, belt scales, ingredient scales, material tanks, silos, mixing stations, etc.
The weighing module is mainly composed of a top plate, a bottom plate, a transition plate, a weighing sensor, and connectors. The connectors of different models of weighing modules vary. Common connectors include support bolts, legs, horizontal pull rods, and the material is mainly carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel. The appropriate material is selected based on the severity of the usage environment. Taking the material tank as an example, the installation method involves connecting the top and bottom plates of the entire weighing module to the transition plate, and then welding the transition plate to the support legs of the material tank and the foundation embedded plate.
The types of weighing modules can be divided into dynamic load modules and static load modules. The dynamic load module is suitable for situations where the horizontal impact force is significant, such as belt conveyors, process controllers, etc., while the static load weighing module is suitable for situations where the vertical force is only applied and the horizontal force is small, such as canned scales, ingredient scales, etc.
