1、 Precautions for installing torque sensors

　　1、torque sensor It will be equipped with a product manual. Before installation, carefully read the product manual and follow the steps in the manual to install it correctly;

2. Before installation, the installation environment should be checked. The installation environment temperature of the torque sensor should be between 0 ℃ and 60 ℃, with a relative humidity of less than 90%, and there should be no flammable or explosive materials around. The installation location should have a certain strength to ensure the stability of the installation and avoid causing too much vibration, causing unstable measurement data and affecting measurement accuracy.

3. When installing a torque sensor, it is not allowed to operate with power, and it cannot be directly knocked or collided with the sensor;

4. Sensors can be connected with rigid or elastic couplings. When the vibration is large and the concentricity is less than 0.2mm but greater than 0.05mm, it is recommended to use an elastic coupling. When the installation concentricity exceeds 0.2mm, it is strictly prohibited to use it.

5. Standard sensors, whether installed horizontally or vertically, are not allowed to withstand excessive axial forces or bending moments, otherwise it will affect the use of the sensor and even cause damage to the sensor;

6. Understand whether the purchased sensor is waterproof or explosion-proof, and pay attention to relevant precautions when using it in the future.

2、 Precautions for connecting torque sensors to instruments

1. To avoid electric shock, a three core power cord should be connected to a three wire power socket for power supply, and the central ground wire of the three wire power socket must be reliably grounded;

2. The online testing cables should be properly fixed to prevent them from being twisted by the rotating system

3. The shielding wire contact at the aviation plug of the testing cable should not be removed arbitrarily.

4. The aviation plug of the testing cable and the aviation socket of the sensor and instrument should be tightened reliably.

5. Before connecting, it is necessary to check whether the instrument power supply is turned off. After installation is completed, turn on the instrument power switch to start working.
