Load CellandWeighing instrumentThey are all key components of electronic scales, and when using multiple weighing sensors, they also need to be usedJunction boxThe three are interconnected to form a weighing system.
When placing items on an electronic scale for weighing, the weight of the items will act on the weighing sensor through the electronic scale body and mechanical connectors. The elastic body of the weighing sensor will deform under force and output a signal proportional to the weight value. After obtaining the signal, the junction box summarizes the electrical signals of each sensor to the weighing instrument, which then converts the transmitted weighing sensor signals into weight numbers and displays them in the display window.
An electronic weighing scale only requires one weighing instrument, but multiple weighing sensors are often required. For example, hopper scales and tank scales with a large load range require support from 3 to 4 weighing sensors. Multiple weighing sensor groups require a weighing junction box to collect signals and uniformly output the processed signals to the weighing instrument. The advantage of using multiple sensors to form a sensing system is to maintain the stability of the scale body and increase the weighing tonnage.
The relationship between weighing sensors and weighing instruments is very close. If the matching is not suitable, it will directly affect the use of the entire electronic weighing instrument. When replacing weighing components, it is recommended to use the original model or a replacement model, otherwise it will affect the normal use of the weighing instrument.
