Pressure sensors are an important part of industrial production, and the relevant parameter values are also the standard for selecting pressure sensors; How to choose the right model, make good use of it in industrial production, and ensure the normal operation of production, where parameter values play a crucial role.
Standard pressure: The pressure expressed in terms of atmospheric pressure, and the pressure greater than atmospheric pressure is called positive pressure; Less than atmospheric pressure is called negative pressure.
Absolute pressure: The amount of pressure expressed in terms of absolute vacuum.
Relative pressure: The amount of pressure relative to the comparison object (standard pressure).
Atmospheric pressure: Refers to atmospheric pressure. The standard atmospheric pressure (1atm) is equivalent to the pressure of a mercury column at a height of 760mm.
Vacuum: refers to a pressure state below atmospheric pressure. 1Torr=1/760 atmospheric pressure (atm).
Detection pressure range: Refers to the adaptive pressure range of the sensor.
Affordable pressure: When restored to the detection pressure, its performance does not decrease and can withstand pressure.
Round-trip accuracy (ON/OFF output): The pressure change value at the action point obtained by removing the output pressure value for inversion from the full scale value of the detected pressure when increasing or decreasing pressure at a certain temperature (23° C).
Accuracy: The value obtained by removing the deviation from the specified output current values (4mA, 20mA) using the full scale value when zero pressure and rated pressure are applied at a certain temperature (23° C). The unit is expressed in% FS.
Linear: The analog output varies linearly with the detection pressure, but there is a deviation from the ideal straight line. The value of expressing this deviation as a percentage of the full scale value is called linearity.
Hysteresis (linear): Draw an ideal straight line between the output current (or voltage) value using zero voltage and rated voltage, calculate the difference between the current (or voltage) value and the ideal current (or voltage) value as an error, and then calculate the error value when the pressure rises and decreases. Using full scale
The maximum value obtained by removing the absolute value of the above difference from the current (or voltage) value is called hysteresis. The unit is expressed in% FS.
Hysteresis (ON/OFF output): The value obtained by removing the difference between the output ON point pressure and the output OFF point pressure from the full scale value of pressure is hysteresis.
Non corrosive gases: refer to substances (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.) and inert gases (argon, neon, etc.) contained in the air.
