Some transmitters with high power consumption cannot be powered by a 10VDC power supply, so only an external 24VDC power supply can be used. In this way, the frequency converter has four wiring terminals: power supply+, power supply -, feedback+, and feedback -. Current type two wire system connection method: power supply+==power supply+; Signal+==feedback+, power supply -==feedback -. The pressure transmitter can be directly connected to the frequency converter, and the power supply can be 24V on the frequency converter. The pressure transmitter can be connected in series to the signal circuit.
Check if the pressure transmitter is current type or voltage type! Clearly see that the voltage output terminal of the output voltage pressure transmitter is connected to the external adjustable voltage input terminal of the frequency converter. The hardware connection between the pressure transmitter and the external adjustable ground of the frequency converter has been completed. You need to install the software for forward and reverse rotation, frequency and speed, and driving mode.
