Model Description of the 1010 Load Cell from Tedea, USA

The 1010 weighing sensor model from Tedea in the United States is a single point weighing sensor with an aluminum structure and a range of 3kg to 90kg. It is mainly designed for low-cost and low capacity weighing platforms such as platform scales, counting scales, and grocery scales.
　

The material of the 1010 weighing sensor is aluminum, with a special moisture-proof protective coating on the surface to ensure long-term reliability. The built-in overload protection device can prevent overload. The default protection level of the 1010 weighing sensor is IP65. If there is a higher moisture-proof requirement, Tedia also provides a version that meets the IP67 protection level. 1010 can also be supplied with metric and UNC threads, or FM certified versions.
　

Two additional sensing lines for the 1010 model provide feedback on the voltage reaching the weighing sensor. Full compensation for wire resistance changes caused by temperature changes and/or cable extension can be achieved by feeding this voltage into appropriate electronic devices.
　

Tedia also has a model 1015 with the same size and shape as 1010, the difference being that 1010 is a non balanced load cell (non balanced bridge), while 1015 is a balanced load cell. In terms of appearance, the outer shell of 1010 is black, while the outer shell of 1015 is white.
