　　1、 Common issues with weighing module installation

1. Does the weighing system have poor repeatability during calibration or use?

Answer: CheckWeighing Module Installation foundation, rigidity of material tank installation bracket, layout of pipeline system, and whether there is contact with mechanical accessories.

2. Is the data floating unstable?

Answer: Check the following aspects:

(1) Is the mechanical installation part in contact

(2) Wet cable, water ingress into the junction box (cleaning and drying the junction box)

(3) Poor or damaged cable wiring (re wiring)

(4) The surface of the sensor is charged (measured with a multimeter and resolved through system grounding)

(5) Is the instrument casing grounded (not grounded can cause induced voltage to exist)

(6) Whether the power supply is stable and whether there is voltage on the ground wire (cannot share the power supply system with high-power equipment)

3. Sensor fault diagnosis?

(1) Check if the fault occurred in the scale body or instrument section

-Turn off the power, disconnect the connection between the instrument and the scale, connect the instrument and the simulator, and check the instrument

-If the instrument is normal, install the following method to check the sensor

(2) Row by row division, disconnect sensor wiring one by one, and identify faulty sensors

-Check the input/output impedance of the sensor, any abnormality indicates an internal circuit fault

-Check if the no-load output of the sensor is normal

-Check if the output of the sensor is normal under load

-Check if the insulation impedance of the sensor is normal (any color line is connected to the sensor surface; the shielding line is connected to the sensor surface)

2. Good grounding performance (shell is charged, it is best to ground separately)
