Installation Guide for Weighing Module Safety Operating Instructions

1.0 Unpacking Inspection

When receiving the weighing module packaging box, please first check if all components inside the packaging box are complete. The following components should be included in the packaging box:

▶ 1 certificate of conformity

2.0 Checking the Basic Level

Each foundation should be on the same horizontal plane, with specific distance limits and placement positions required for its flatness, as described in text and pictures in the Quick Installation Guide.

3.0 Module and equipment in place

The installation design of the weighing module requires it to be in place, and adjusting shims should be added to the top plate of the module to ensure uniform force on the module.

4.0 Module Top and Bottom Plate Connection

The weighing module top plate and equipment support surface, bottom plate and foundation can be connected by bolts or welding. If welding is necessary, pay attention to the grounding wire of the welding machine as close as possible to the weld seam to ensure good grounding.

5.0 Module Loading

After installation, the nut at the top of the support screw should be loosened to allow the sleeve washer to leave the top plate and the support screw head to be located in the middle of the top plate, ensuring that there is a gap between its head and the upper and lower parts.

6.0 Wiring

The weighing module is connected to the junction box, and the junction box is connected to the instrument.
