Concept and Application of Weighing Transmitters

In addition to being used in conjunction with weighing sensors, transmitters can also be used in conjunction with sensors such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, material, and gas. Sensors convert non electrical physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, material, and gas characteristics into electrical signals or directly send physical quantities such as pressure and liquid level to the transmitter. Afterwards, the transmitter amplifies the weak electrical signals collected by the sensor for transmission or activation of control components.
　

Weighing transmitters are widely used in industrial weighing processes, such as data acquisition, signal transmission and conversion, as well as in distributed weighing control systems and batching systems. They are mainly used for transmitting, displaying, and detecting weighing level, weight load, tension, and tension pressure signals in industries such as cement, concrete, glass, papermaking, plastic, chemical, metallurgical, non-ferrous, cotton spinning, and testing machines.
