1. Turn on the main power switch of the machine tool, check if the equipment is leaking electricity, and preheat the machine barrel and mold according to the set process temperature requirements. When the machine barrel temperature reaches the process temperature, it must be kept warm for more than 20 minutes to ensure that the temperature of all parts of the machine barrel is uniform.
2. Open the cooling water valve of the oil cooler, cool the return oil and water delivery pipes, start the oil pump by jogging, and only after no abnormalities are found can the oil pump be officially started. Wait until the screen displays& Ldquo; Motor On& Rdquo; Before operation, pay attention to the reverse rotation of the motor and check if the safety door is functioning properly.
3. Manually start the screw rotation and check for any abnormal or stuck sound during the screw rotation.
4. Operators must use safety doors. If the travel switch of the safety door fails, it is not allowed to start the machine, and it is strictly prohibited to operate without using the safety door (cover). (Employee emphasized)
5. The various covers and protective covers for the electrical, hydraulic, and rotating parts of the operating equipment should be properly covered and fixed.
6. Non on duty operators are not allowed to press any buttons or handles without permission, and two or more people are not allowed to operate the same injection molding machine at the same time.
7. When placing molds and inserts, they should be stable, accurate, and reliable. If any abnormalities are found during the mold closing process, the machine should be stopped immediately and the technical personnel should be notified to troubleshoot.
8. When repairing the machine or cleaning the mold for a long period of time (more than 10 minutes), it is necessary to first retract the injection seat to allow the nozzle to leave the mold, turn off the motor, and the operator is not allowed to leave the post when the maintenance personnel are repairing the machine.
9. No one is allowed to start the motor while processing the machine or mold.
10. When entering the machine tool or mold opening range, the power must be cut off.
11. Avoid hitting the fixed mold with an injection seat when the mold is open to prevent it from falling off.
12. Injection into the air usually does not exceed 5 seconds each time. If the injection cannot be carried out twice in a row, please notify nearby personnel to avoid the danger zone. When cleaning the nozzle rubber head, it is not allowed to clean it directly by hand. Iron pliers or other tools should be used to avoid burns.
13. During the working process, there is high temperature, high pressure, and high electricity in the glue cylinder. It is prohibited to step on, climb, or place objects on the glue cylinder to prevent injury, electric shock, and fire.
14. When the hopper is not discharging, it is not allowed to use metal rods or rods, and rough poke the hopper to avoid damaging the screen, protective screen cover, and magnetic frame inside the hopper. If the screw is rotating, it is very easy to cause serious equipment damage accidents where the metal rods are drawn into the machine barrel.
15. When abnormal equipment sounds, odors, sparks, oil leaks, etc. are found during the operation of the machine tool, the machine should be immediately shut down, reported to relevant personnel immediately, and the fault phenomenon and possible causes should be explained.
