2、 Overview of working principle and structure:
1. Working principle:
The LCS series bucket scale is: materials are fed into the weighing hopper by feeding equipment (such as vibrating screens, belt conveyors, etc.) in batches according to the set values for weighing. The weighing hopper is supported by three weighing sensors located on the support frame. After the material enters the hopper, its weight value is transmitted to the weighing sensor, which generates an electrical signal proportional to the weight and inputs it into the secondary instrument. After being processed by the instrument, the displayed value is calculated and compared with the calibration results of each weighing and calibration to calculate its error and accuracy. If the device system malfunctions during operation, the upper computer will analyze the fault and, The processing method is proposed in Chinese for the convenience of operators to handle it in a timely manner. After each weighing, the PLC outputs a signal, and the electric push rod automatically opens the material door to release the material. The material is then transported away by the conveying equipment.
2. Overview of Main Structures:
a. Supporting frame
The frame is made of welded steel sections and plates, which are used to support the steel structure of the weighing hopper. Its stiffness has a significant impact on the measurement accuracy, and it is required to have the minimum strain under maximum stress.
b. Weighing hopper and material door
The weighing hopper is used to store the materials required for calibration, and it is welded from welded plates. The material door is controlled by a cylinder for opening and closing.
c. Load Cell
The weighing sensor is used for force measurement. The weighing sensor is placed on the support frame, and the hopper is supported on three sensors. Its height is adjustable, and the electrical signal output is shielded. This not only improves measurement accuracy but also enhances anti-interference ability.
d. Limit mechanism
There are two sets of travel switch limit mechanisms installed on one side of the hopper. When the two flash doors rotate and open, the rotating boss squeezes the travel switch roller to make its contacts close, providing a signal for the control room to open a material door.
3、 Installation and debugging
1. Before installation, each assembly component should be checked for compliance with the drawing requirements, and there should be no deformation or damage to the overall (or individual components), instruments, etc. during transportation.
2. The bucket scale foundation should not be installed on platforms with vibration sources.
3. When installing the frame, attention should be paid to leveling the three sensor base plates within the same horizontal plane.
When installing the hopper, the force must pass through the axis of the sensor, and its upper and lower support methods must prevent the introduction of additional external force interference.
When installing the material door, it should be ensured that the door can be opened and closed freely without any jamming.
6. The facilities in the control room and the circuit positions for cable laying and installation should refer to relevant technical requirements.
7. The bolts and limit blocks of the limit mechanism should be carefully adjusted to ensure a gap of about 2mm is left.
4、 Equipment maintenance
1. Regularly check whether the power, lighting, and control cables are in good condition, and promptly handle any abnormalities.
2. Regularly clean the dust and debris on the electronic hopper scale, and promptly remove any lumps that fall between the hopper and the frame.
3. The adjustment screws of the limit device should be adjusted frequently, with a gap of about 2mm left.
4. Regularly add lubricating oil to moving parts.
