Injection Molding Machine Maintenance Plan
1. Regular maintenance and inspection items
To ensure the normal operation of the machine and reduce the occurrence of faults. Maintain the high performance, service life, safe operation of the machine, and reduce downtime caused by malfunctions. Regular maintenance and inspection work must be carried out on the machine. Maintenance and inspection can be divided into daily, weekly, monthly, semi annual, and annual maintenance.
2. Daily maintenance (to be completed by factory maintenance personnel)
1) Confirm that the emergency stop button can cut off the power supply of the oil pump motor.
2) Maintain cleanliness around the injection molding machine and body.
3) Check if the temperature probe and heating cylinder are operating properly.
4) Check if the locking mode can be terminated when the safety door is opened. Conduct testing using manual and fully semi-automatic operation for mold locking.
5) Check if the mold is securely installed on the locking head plate and moving template.
6) Check if there is any leakage in the cooling water pipes and tighten the leaking pipes.
7) Check if all covers are securely installed on the machine.
8) After starting and running for a period of time, check if the oil temperature has increased by more than 50 degrees Celsius. Check the cooling water temperature for supply cooling, and the oil temperature should be maintained at 30-50 degrees Celsius.
9) Check if the mechanical safety lock operates normally.
3. Weekly maintenance (to be completed by factory maintenance personnel)
1) Check if each lubrication pipe is broken or damaged.
2) Check if the pulleys of each safety door limit card are worn.
3) Check if the screws of each moving component of the machinery are loose, and if there are any, tighten them again.
4. Monthly maintenance (to be completed by factory maintenance personnel)
1) Check if all electrical components and wiring are loose, and if so, tighten them again.
2) Check if the working pressure of the oil pressure system is too low or too high.
3) Check if there is any oil leakage in all parts of the machine. If there is, tighten the leaking oil pipe joint or replace the damaged oil pressure component oil seal.
4) Check if the system pressure gauge is operating properly.
5. Quarterly maintenance (to be completed by factory maintenance personnel)
1) Check if the installation of each thermocouple wire and heating cylinder is stable.
2) Check if the installation of each electronic scale and proximity switch is secure.
3) Recheck the centrality of the nozzle.
6. Conduct maintenance every six months (recommended to be assisted by Donghua after-sales service engineers for maintenance)
1) Check the contacts of the relays and electromagnetic contactors inside the electrical box for aging, and replace them with new ones if necessary.
3) Check whether the wires inside the electrical box and outside the body are securely connected.
4) Clean the inner and outer walls of the copper pipes of the cooler.
5) Check if the four Corinthian pillar screw nuts on the locking head plate are securely installed and if there is any looseness.
6) Check the linear ratio of speed and pressure, and adjust it again if necessary.
7) Check all parts of the machine for oil leakage.
8) Check if the working pressure of the oil pressure system is too low or too high.
9) Clean the fuel tank
6. Annual maintenance (recommended to be assisted by Donghua after-sales service engineers)
1) Check if the fixing screws of the safety machinery are tightened.
2) Clean the inner and outer walls of the cooler copper pipes.
3) Clean the fuel tank.
4) Clean the dirt on the oil filter and clean the dust on the air filter.
5) Check if the pressure oil needs to be replaced, take a pressure oil sample and send it for testing. If the pressure oil deteriorates, it must be replaced with a new oil.
6) Clean the dust on the surface of the motor fan blades and outer hub, and inject lubricating grease onto the bearings.
7) Check the exposed wires on the body, and if damaged, replace them.
8) Check if there is any noise from the bearing combination of the oil pressure motor, inject lubricating grease again or replace the bearing with a new one.
9) Recheck the level of the fuselage.
10) Recheck the parallelism between the locking head plate and the moving template.
11) Check the linear ratio of speed and pressure, and adjust it again if necessary.
12) Check if the working pressure of the oil pressure system is too low or too high.
13) Check all parts of the machine for oil leakage.
