Appearance classification of weighing sensors

In order to meet the installation needs of various weighing structures, Guangzhou Zhongxin has made weighing sensors into various structural forms. According to their appearance, they are classified as follows:

1. S-type sensors, also known as pull type sensors. Used in hook scales, belt scales, and batching systems, with diverse installation methods. The range is usually between 50-5000Kg, and the unit price is usually within 3000. Popular models include Shiquan STC, Toledo TSC, and HBM's S40A.

2. Bellows type sensors are mainly used in hopper scales, belt scales, and batching systems. The range is mostly between 5-500kg. Currently, there are common Z6 models from HBM and MTB models from Toledo.

3. Cantilever beam type, mainly used for ground scale, hopper scale, and truck scale. Such as our common SB, SBC, etc.
Accessories include installation brackets or modules, movable pressure heads, etc.
　
4. Pillar type, mainly used for truck scales, track scales, and weighbridges. For sensors such as HBM's C16A and Toledo's GD, they require an upper and lower pressure head or module to be installed and used.

5. Bridge type sensors are mainly used for truck scales and track scales. Models such as Toledo SBD, Koli QS, and Shiquan MDB. For large tonnage sensors, typically between 10T-60 tons.

6. Box type, with a small range, mostly between 1-1000kg, mostly made of single point aluminum alloy or alloy steel material, with low accuracy and no need for accessories. Not suitable for use in special environments, suitable for platform scales, electronic scales, packaging scales, with unit prices mostly below 1000 yuan, common ones such as Shiquan LPS, Toledo MT1022, etc.
　 　 　 　 　 　 　
7. Spoke type sensors are mainly used in testing machines, storage scales, and axle load scales. Especially on the testing machine, it is most commonly used in both tension and compression. The range is between 1-20t. The best-selling models include the DBSL and the PSD from Shiquan.

8. Twisted ring type sensors are used on axle load scales, hopper scales, storage scales, and tank scales. The installation methods are relatively diverse, and currently the best-selling models are HBM's RTN and Corey's NHS series.

1、 Analog output sensor

Definition: A sensor whose output signal is an analog quantity.

2、 Digital output sensor

A sensor whose output signal is a digital quantity (or digital encoding). It refers to a sensor that adds or modifies a traditional analog sensor with an A/D conversion module to output a digital signal (or digital encoding), mainly including amplifiers, A/D converters, microprocessors (CPUs), memory, communication interface circuits, etc.
