1. Working principle
 
The weighed object or truck stops on the weighing platform, and under the action of gravity, the electronic weighbridge platform transfers gravity to the sensor, causing deformation of the elastic body attached to the sensor. The strain resistance plate and bridge circuit on the elastic body strain beam lose balance, outputting an electrical signal proportional to the weight value. The signal is amplified by a linear amplifier, and then converted into a digital signal through A/D conversion, The weight signal is processed by the microprocessor inside the instrument and directly displayed as the weight number. After configuring the printer, the weighing data can be printed; If a computer is configured, the measurement data can be directly input into the weighing management system for comprehensive management.
 
2. Composition of Electronic Weighbridge
 
(1) Scale platform (load-bearing and force transmission mechanism)
       
It is the entire mechanical system that transfers the weight or square of the weighed object to the weighing sensor, including the load-bearing platform, scale bridge structure, suspension connection unit, safety limit device, etc; Steel structure weighing platforms are mainly used on the market.
  
(2) Load Cell
       
It is generally referred to as a one-time transformation element, which can convert the weight or force acting on it into an electrical quantity (voltage, current, frequency, etc.) output according to a certain functional relationship (usually a linear relationship);
 
(3) Weighing display instrument
 
Commonly referred to as a secondary display instrument, it is used to display the electrical signal value output by the 2B0 weighing sensor in pointer or digital form (modern measuring instruments also include data processing, printing devices, etc.);
