Precautions for installing sensor amplifiers

1. For safety reasons, sensorsamplifierOnly operate according to the installation instructions, otherwise damage or destruction may occur due to non designated use or non-compliance with the following requirements.

2. The protection level of sensor amplifiers is usually not high, and attention should be paid to the environmental conditions of the installation location to avoid making the amplifier dirty or damp. If the usage environment is harsh, stainless steel materials or models with high protection levels can be selected. The labels should be regularly checked to ensure the tightness and effectiveness of the rubber cover seal and spiral fittings.

3. During installation and when connecting cables, take measures to prevent electrostatic discharge, as this may damage the connected electronic devices.

4. When connecting additional equipment, comply with the safety requirements for electrical measurement, control, supervision, and laboratory equipment (EN 61010).

5. All interconnecting cables must be shielded cables. The shielding must be widely grounded on both sides.

6. The installation method of power connection and signal and induction leads must ensure that electromagnetic interference does not have adverse effects on the equipment's function.

7. It is strictly prohibited to carry out any repair and welding work or replace any components on the amplifier motherboard, except for tightened cable glands.
