How to determine if the weighing sensor needs to be replaced?

There are many reasons for damage to the weighing sensor, such as aging, impact, corrosion, high temperature, overload, etc. Before replacement, we need to determine whether the weighing sensor has been damaged, which can be easily determined through data and appearance.

Firstly, based on the data on the display screen, we can use a standard weight for weighing. If the difference between the measured weight and the weight is significant, and if the zero and range errors of the calibrated scale are still too large, it is possible that the weighing sensor has been damaged.

In addition, the following phenomena may also be signs of damage to the weighing sensor:

Secondly, we can also observe the appearance of the weighing sensor to see if there are deformation, cracks, corrosion, and other phenomena. These damage phenomena may affect the accuracy of the sensor. Based on the degree of damage to the weighing sensor and the data obtained from weighing, we can determine whether the sensor is damaged and whether it needs to be replaced.
