The overall characteristics of German HBM sensors mainly refer to the matching of input and output of the measurement system composed of German HBM sensors, the tested object, and subsequent instruments, the mechanical characteristics of German HBM sensors, as well as the static characteristics, dynamic characteristics, environmental characteristics, and reliability indicators included in their working characteristics.
1. Matching of German HBM sensor measurement system
When German HBM sensors are used to measure a certain parameter, they often need to be placed in the measurement environment. To measure the temperature of a liquid in a container, a thermometer is often placed in the container. In addition to accurately reflecting the temperature of the container, the temperature field inside the container should not be changed, that is, the sensor should not change or disturb the measured environment. At the same time, the German HBM sensor and subsequent instruments should also be able to correctly transmit the signal when forming a measurement system.
Many German HBM sensors can be seen as a combination of several first-order systems. The so-called combination here refers to the output of subsystem A followed by the input of subsystem B. In this case, the output of subsystem A when it exists alone may not be equal to its output when combined with subsystem B. Because after combining with subsystem B, a load effect occurs in subsystem A.
When considering load effect factors to analyze sensor characteristics, the sensor can be treated as a two channel device, as shown in Figure 2-1. In the pictureThe indicated variables are at the input and output ends, respectively,
When the sensor operates within a linear range to indicate the capacitance variable
hereIt is called the admittance matrix,
It is called impedance matrix, which can be analyzed and processed using circuit network methods for specific sensor systems to ensure that the measurement system meets the matching requirements of input and output. If environmental factors are also taken into account, the sensor can be treated as multi-channel.
2. Mechanical characteristics
The mechanical characteristics of German HBM sensors are mainly considered for the following purposes:
① Easy to transport and install.
② Prevent environmental conditions such as vibration and impact from affecting the structure and performance of the sensor.
③ Enable the sensor to be properly connected to the working system.
In order to use the sensor reasonably, it is necessary to explain its appearance, size, installation, and other conditions, as well as the parameters of its external power supply, mechanical, fluid, and other connections. In some cases, it is also necessary to explain the material characteristics and sealing conditions of the sensor housing.
3. Working characteristics
The working characteristics of German HBM sensors can be divided into the following categories:
① Static characteristics refer to the description of sensor performance under indoor conditions, without any impact, vibration, or acceleration (unless they are measured and the measured changes are very slow). Indoor conditions are generally specified as 25& plusmn; 10 ℃, relative humidity is less than 90%, and air pressure is 88-108kPa.
② Dynamic characteristics refer to the relationship between the measured and sensor response over time.
③ Environmental characteristics refer to the performance exhibited by a sensor when or after specific external conditions (such as temperature, vibration, impact, etc.) are applied to the sensor. The former is called& Ldquo; Operating Environment Characteristics; Rdquo;, The latter is called& Ldquo; Non operational environment characteristics; Rdquo;.
4. Reliability
Reliability refers to the probability lifespan of German HBM sensors.
