Mechanical installation of linear displacement sensor:
1、 The installation of the linear displacement sensor should leave the margin evenly at both ends. Do not tighten the fixing bracket screws until the limit position is determined. Only after adjusting the stroke can the fixing bracket screws of the linear displacement sensor be tightened.
2、 The pull ball universal head of the pull rod displacement sensor allows for a deviation of 1mm in radius from the center. Of course, the shorter the specification, the smaller the deviation from the center is recommended.
3、 After fixing the linear displacement sensor, when retracting the pull rod, the cylindrical body of the universal ball head should have gaps in four radial directions. Otherwise, adjust the installation position of the universal joint or adjust the installation bracket position near the extended end.
4、 If there is significant misalignment when pulling out the pull rod, the installation bracket close to the plug should be adjusted. This can serve as an auxiliary review method.
5、 The allowable angle between the installation rod and pull rod of the pull ball universal joint; Plusmn; A tilt of 12o. But if the alignment deviation and tilt deviation are both significant during installation, it will affect the stability and service life of the electronic ruler. Further adjustments should be made.

6、 The slider electronic ruler can reduce the workload of adjusting the neutral, but the auxiliary extension rod cannot be canceled. Otherwise, it may cause stability and service life due to poor neutral, and even immediately cause the electronic ruler to fail.

7、 After all adjustments are made, tighten the installation screws to ensure that the grounding resistance is less than 1 amps; Omega; It is advisable. Using a multimeter 200& Omega; Measure the resistance between the cover screw of the electronic ruler and the mounting bracket during the gear position.

8、 When using a four wire system or wiring with shielded wires, the grounding end of the electronic ruler should be connected, and the fourth end or shielded wire should be reliably grounded at the end of the electronic control box.
