Types of static load weighing modules

The dimensions of the top and bottom plates of each static load weighing module are the same, but there are three ways to connect the top and sensors.

One of the types of dead load modules& Flash& Amp; Flash; Fixed module

The sensors and top plate of the fixed module are connected through sensor connection columns, and there will be no displacement in any direction at the connection. During installation design, all rigid pipes and electrical connection parts should be placed near the fixed module for accurate weighing.

Static load module type 2; Flash& Amp; Flash; module

The semi floating module is designed to prevent the weighing accuracy of the container from being affected by deformation. Its top plate allows for radial movement, while its tangential movement is limited to prevent the scale body from rotating.

The top plate of the floating module allows for movement in any direction, and the movement amplitude is limited by the gap between the support bolt head and the counterbore.
