【1】 If the electronic ruler has been in use for a long time, the seal has aged, and there are many impurities mixed, and the water mixture and oil can seriously affect the contact resistance of the brush, which will cause the displayed numbers to jump continuously. At this point, it can be said that the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor has been damaged and needs to be replaced.

【2】 If the capacity of the power supply is very small, many situations will occur, so the power supply needs to have sufficient capacity. Insufficient capacity can lead to the following situations: the movement of the melt adhesive can cause fluctuations in the display of the clamping electronic scale, or the movement of the clamping can cause fluctuations in the display of the injection electronic scale, resulting in significant measurement errors. If the driving power of the solenoid valve and the power supply of the linear displacement sensor are simultaneously connected, the above situation is more likely to occur. In severe cases, the voltage range of a multimeter can even measure voltage fluctuations. If the situation is not caused by high-frequency interference, electrostatic interference, or insufficient neutrality, then it is possible that the power supply is too low.

【3】 Both frequency modulation interference and electrostatic interference may cause the digital display of the electronic scale of the linear displacement sensor to jump. The signal line of the electronic ruler should be separated from the strong current line of the equipment in a separate slot. The electronic ruler must be forcibly grounded with a support bracket, and at the same time, the outer shell of the electronic ruler must be in good contact with the ground. The signal line needs to use shielded wire, and a section of the electrical box should be grounded to the shielded wire.

If there is high-frequency interference, the voltage measurement using a multimeter usually shows normal, but the displayed numbers will continue to jump; When static interference occurs, the situation is also the same as high-frequency interference. To prove whether it is electrostatic interference, you can first use a section of power cord to short connect the cover screw of the electronic ruler to some metal on the machine. As long as it is short circuited, the electrostatic interference will be immediately eliminated. However, if you want to eliminate high-frequency interference, it is difficult to use the above method. Frequency converters and robotic arms often experience high-frequency interference, so you can try stopping the high-frequency saver or robotic arm to verify if it is high-frequency interference.

【4】 If the electronic scale of the linear displacement sensor regularly jumps or does not display data at a certain point during operation, it is necessary to check if the insulation of the connecting wire is damaged and if it contacts the outer shell of the machine regularly, resulting in a short circuit to ground.

【5】 The voltage of the power supply must be stable, and the industrial voltage needs to comply with& Plusmn; Stability of 0.1 [%], for example, if the reference voltage is 10V, it is allowed to have& Plusmn; A fluctuation of 0.01V, if not, will cause the displayed trap to fluctuate. But if the amplitude of the displayed fluctuation does not exceed the amplitude of the fluctuation voltage at this time, then the electronic ruler is normal.

【6】 The installation of a linear displacement sensor requires good alignment, but parallelism can be allowed; Plusmn; 0.5mm error, angle can be allowed to have& Plusmn; 12& Deg; The error of. But if the parallelism error and angle error are both too large, there will be a situation where the displayed numbers will jump. When such a situation occurs, it is necessary to adjust the parallelism and angle.

【7】 During the connection process, it is important to pay more attention. The three wires of the electronic ruler cannot be connected incorrectly, and the power and output wires cannot be exchanged. If the wires above are connected incorrectly, there will be a large linear error, which is difficult to control. The accuracy of the control will also become poor, and the display is prone to jumping and other phenomena.
