1、 Product Introduction
Product brand: LAUMAS, Italy
Product series: TLB4
Product type: Weight transmitter -4 independent channels
Product Description:
(1) Weight transmitter with 4 independent reading channels, displaying total weight
(2) Even with the use of analog weighing sensors, the TLB4 series can achieve the same advantages and performance as advanced digital weighing systems.
(3) The rear panel is installed on Omega/DIN rails or front panel (excluding PROFIBUS DP version), including fixing kit (panel drilling template 23x 96mm; panel thickness 2.5mm).
(4) Size: 26x115x120mm
(5) Six digit red LED semi alphanumeric display (8mm high), 7-segment.
(5) Six indicator lights.
(6) The four buttons for system calibration.
(7) Removable screw terminal board.
Input/Output and Communication:
(1) RS485 serial port, used for communication via Modbus RTU protocol, ASCII Laumas bidirectional or continuous unidirectional transmission.
(2) Three relay logic outputs controlled by set values or protocols.
(3) Two optically isolated PNP logic inputs: read status through serial communication protocol.
(4) 4 dedicated inputs for weighing sensors.
Main functions:
(1) 4 independent weighing sensor channels: monitor and directly manage the connected weighing sensors.
(2) Digital Balance: It can quickly and reliably balance the response of the connected weighing sensors.
(3) Load allocation signals for 4 channels, which can be archived and backed up for storage, retrieval, and printing.
(4) Automatic diagnosis: The instrument can store the percentage value of load distribution for each channel. The diagnostic function can compare the recorded values. If a significant difference is detected between the values during normal operation, the instrument will display an alarm that alternates with the weight value.
According to the type of weighing system, the following functions can be performed:
-Load automatic diagnosis: Load distribution control in constant center of gravity systems (such as liquid silos).
-Zero point automatic diagnosis: Check the drift status of weighing sensors (such as silos, scales, platforms).
(5) Event log: Back up and archive the last 50 events related to calibration, zero point setting, errors, and balancing in chronological order. These pieces of information can be stored, retrieved, and printed.
All functions of TLB4 can be managed through the W series weighing display connected via RS485 serial port (excluding weighing displays with graphical displays).
(6) Transmit the division values of four independent reading channels through RS485 (Modbus RTU) or fieldbus. Only transmit the division values of each connected weighing sensor without any filtering; The calculation of weight values, zero point setting, and calibration are to be completed by the customer themselves.
(7) Connect to the following devices
-Connect PLC through analog output or fieldbus
-Connect PC/PLC via RS485 (up to 99 weighing displays can be connected with line repeater, and up to 32 weighing displays can be connected without line repeater).
-Connect the W series weighing display via RS485
-Connect remote monitor and printer via RS485.
-Up to 16 weighing sensors can be connected in parallel. Up to 16 weighing sensors can be connected in parallel.
(8) Digital filters can reduce the impact of weight oscillations.
(9) Theoretical calibration (via keyboard) and actual calibration (with weight samples, up to 5 weight points can be linearized).
(10) Tare zero setting
(12) Automatically zero when turned on.
(13) Gross weight zero tracking
(14) Semi automatic tare removal (net/gross weight) and predetermined tare weight.
(15) Semi automatic zeroing.
(16) No converter required, can directly connect RS485 and RS232.
(17) Lag and set value settings.
