    Before installation, please check the foundation condition. Each installation point plane is perpendicular to the stress surface, and the levelness of the same foundation surface should be controlled within 1mm/m. The foundation bearing capacity should be greater than the range of the sensor

    1) Before installing the module, please adjust the sensor and upper board to a horizontal state;

    2) After the module installation is completed, please adjust the limit properly;

    3) The pendulum support is mainly used to prevent equipment from overturning and is not used for weighing and measuring. It has a certain gap with the bearing plate and the pendulum support nut is locked tightly;

    4) Cable color code (conventional sensor wire code, mainly based on certificate of conformity wire code)

    Note: During equipment debugging, if there is a large angle difference, poor instrument return to zero, or a small or no change in weight value after weight loading, please check if the module limit part is stuck or slightly affected by friction; Check the peripheral hardware connections of the device for external forces, such as the impact of dead connections in pipelines on weighing
