Product Introduction:

1. Product Description:

(1) Weighing display with DIN box, suitable for front panel installation (size: 48x96x130 mm; drilling template: 45x92 mm).

(2) 6-and-a-half-digit red LED display (14mm high).

(3) 8 LED signal lights.

(4) 4-key membrane keyboard.

(5) The protection level of the front panel is IP54 (IP65 is optional for the front panel).

(6) Real time clock/calendar with buffer battery.

(7) Withdrawable screw terminal block.

2. Product input/output and communication:

(1) RS485/RS232 serial port, used for communication via ModBus RTU, ASCII Laumas bidirectional or unidirectional continuous transmission protocol.

(2) 5 relay output terminals controlled by set values or protocols (4 output terminals if there are analog output terminals).

(3) Three optically isolated PNP digital input terminals: read the status through a serial communication protocol (if there is an analog output, it is two input terminals).

(4) 1 dedicated input terminal for weighing sensor.

(5) 16 bit opto isolated analog output for current or voltage (optional as needed).

(6) Select 12 groups based on 5 set points through external selection switches or contacts (optional).

-Connect PLC through analog output (as required);

-Connect PC/PLC via RS485/RS232 (up to 99 instruments can be connected with line repeater, and up to 32 instruments can be connected without line repeater);

-Remote display and printer via RS485/RS232;

-Up to 8 weighing sensors can be connected in parallel through the junction box;

-Intelligent junction box or other multi-channel instruments: allow advanced functions such as digital balancing, load distribution analysis, and automatic diagnosis.

(2) Digital filters can reduce the impact of weight oscillations.

(3) Theoretical calibration (via keyboard) and actual calibration (with weight samples, up to 5 points of weight linearization can be performed).

(4) Tare zero setting.

(5) Automatically zero when turned on.

(6) Gross weight zero tracking.

(7) Semi automatic tare removal (net/gross weight) and preset tare weight.

(8) Semi automatic zeroing.

(9) Display the maximum weight value (peak value) achieved.
