Product Introduction

(1) The PR5220 series weighing transmitter is designed to save installation space in control cabinets. The compact casing can be directly installed on DIN top cap rails and connected in series. Plug in COMBICOM screw terminals are used for easy and time-saving installation and replacement of equipment.

(2) The PR5220 weighing transmitter comes standard with three digital inputs and outputs. They can be assigned application specific limits, limit functions, and related values to prevent overfilling and underfilling. Customized interfaces ensure optimal integration with leading control systems.

（3）EasyFill ® It is an application suitable for single component filling of liquids, powders, and particles, and can be configured with user-defined target values, tolerances, and overshoot. Integrated digital input/output can be used to directly control the process. The numerous options/interfaces integrated into your production network ensure effective and easy control of simple ingredient processes.

(4) There are flexible solutions for IP address allocation: it can be manually entered by the operator, automatically set by the PR 5220 weight transmitter, or obtained from the DHCP server. If the IP address is not known during automatic assignment, the randomly attached Intico browser can search for the correct transmitter in the network.

(5) The integrated "intelligent calibration" function can calibrate the material tank scale efficiently through a PC within one minute, without the need for weights.
