Product Introduction

(1) The Yintaike weight transmitter PR5230 can reliably and accurately process analog and digital weighing sensor signals on the material tank scale. Its casing ensures direct and safe installation in any environmental condition.

(2) The weight transmitter PR 5230 comes standard with three freely configurable digital inputs and outputs, which can be used for specific application limiting functions to avoid excessive or insufficient filling of related weight values. The weight transmitter can effortlessly connect to an external WLAN adapter and can be used in conjunction with all functions within its range. In explosion-proof zone 1/21, it is optional to connect intrinsically safe weighing sensors without the need for additional power limiting safety barriers. The printer can be directly connected to the transmitter for recording and printing weighing data or defining configuration parameters.

EasyFi is a basic software application for single component filling of liquids, powders, and particles. Users can set target values, tolerances, and overshoot values. The integrated digital input/output can directly control the process. Flexible solution for IP address assignment: It can be manually set by the operator, automatically defined by the weight transmitter PR5230, or automatically assigned from the network server (DHCP). If the IP address of the automatic dispatch is unknown, the monitor browser in Yintaike products can ensure that you can search for the correct transmitter on the network.
