Product Introduction

The IND320 weighing instrument is a specialized ingredient controller developed by Mettler Toledo for market demand. IND320 will provide stable, high-speed batching action signal output for your control system. The IND320 is equipped with multiple ingredient control modes, which can meet the control requirements of various ingredient applications. IND320 has extensive compatibility with various serial communication protocols, allowing for both standalone use and networked control, fully meeting the requirements of automation control.

Option support:

(1) Input/output extension

When using IND320 to control the batching process of 2 to 4 materials, an I/O expansion board needs to be added to support more complex control logic. The I/O expansion board of IND320 is divided into two models: common source and common ground, which can be fully compatible with various PLC interfaces.

(2) Analog output extension

The IND320 can achieve analog output of 0~10V/4~20mA through the optional analog interface board. The user does not need to load weights when adjusting the analog output, just adjust the analog output corresponding to the zero point and full scale point in the analog adjustment menu of the IND320. In the analog adjustment menu, the IND320 has three levels: coarse adjustment, fine adjustment, and fine adjustment. The coarse adjustment can quickly adjust the analog to near the user specified rated output, while the fine adjustment can make the output accurately correspond to the rated output value.

① Before adjusting the analog output, please calibrate the weighing system first.

② The analog accuracy of IND320 is 16 bits, and it is recommended that the AD conversion accuracy of the load be no less than 14 bits.

③ The analog interface board provides two output modes: 0-10VDC/4-20mA.
