Product Introduction
IND570 is a technologically advanced and powerful universal weighing terminal developed by Mettler Toledo. It can connect widely used strain gauge sensors and high-precision sensors using electromagnetic force compensation technology, with numerous communication interface methods and digital I/O control ports with PC or PLC. At the same time, the IND570 has panel, desktop, and wall mounting options. Through various combinations, the IND570 can almost become the most perfect weighing solution in many industrial application fields. These application areas include: basic weighing, general process control, formulation, weight inspection, vehicle weighing, filling and blending.
Using a 366Hz extremely fast A/D conversion rate, TraxDSP ™ Patent digital filtering technology and refresh rate of 50Hz input/output points. The IND570 can easily achieve precise weighing data from milligrams to tons.
The superiority of IND570 in filling and batching applications lies in its ability to work in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes, combined with advanced control algorithms to achieve fast and accurate weighing control of materials. IND570 provides customers with more cost-effective solutions. It can control up to 20 digital output points and complete all control of fixed value weighing without the need for PLC or other external I/O devices. It can reduce intermediate links, improve the overall reliability, control accuracy, and execution efficiency of the control system.
To achieve more advanced fixed value weighing, the Fill-570 application software has added a fixed value weighing process. Users do not need complex and expensive programming to quickly configure their own filling programs or create mixed ingredient applications for up to 6 materials.
Whether exchanging weight data with PLC or using InSite ™ In terms of providing simpler terminal configuration for PC tools, the IND570 offers multiple solutions to improve application level. The IND570 standard version integrates USB interface and RS232/422/485 serial interface, and also provides optional slots for supporting PLC, Ethernet TCP/IP, and digital I/O for selection.
