1、 Product Introduction of PT4000-200lb Weighing Sensor
Product model: PT4000
Product type: S-type weighing sensor
Product range: 200LB
Product Introduction
(1) The PT4000 weighing sensor can be used for both tensile and compressive measurements. This product offers two range specifications, metric and imperial, with a wide range of ranges. Nine metric ranges -20kg to 5t (metric thread), and seventeen imperial ranges -50lb to 45klb (UNFPA thread).
(2) Various rated load specifications mainly adopt 3mV/V output, integrated into sturdy alloy tool steel, and generate positive signals under tensile load. PT4000 meets IP67 protection level, compatible with standard American/European connectors, and comes with a complete set of installation accessories.
(3) The S-type weighing sensor (also known as Z-type, S-type beam or Z-type weighing sensor) has a wide range of applications and can be used in various situations. Common installation scenarios include mechanical scale modification, material testing, bidirectional weighing, liquid level and inventory monitoring, as well as rope and chain strength testing, asphalt mixing plants, bagging machines, suspended storage tanks, hoppers, and silos.
Product Application:
(1) Stretching/Compression Weighing
(2) Hanging storage tank, hopper, crane weighing
(3) Material testing, bidirectional
Product Features:
(1) Features: 3mV/V output (2mV/V at 45klb)
(2) Wide capacity range: 20kg~5t and 50lb~45klb
(3) Durable alloy tool steel, treated with electroless nickel plating
(4) American and metric threads
