Product Introduction

(1) The T831 AJ weighing transmitter adopts a four wire weighing signal connection method, and the weighing transmitter provides a DC 4.5V voltage for the power supply excitation of the weighing sensor (group). When connecting a sensor with a sensitivity of 2mV/V, the voltage difference between+SIG and - SIG is about 0-9mV; when connecting a sensor with a sensitivity of 3mV/V, the voltage difference between+SIG and - SIG is about 0-13.5mV. The minimum distinguishable voltage of the weighing transmitter for the sensor is 0.1uV, and the temperature coefficient of the measurement range is less than 12ppm.

(2) The T831 AJ weighing transmitter can drive up to 4 350 Ω resistance strain type weighing sensors. The connecting cable to the weighing sensor or sensor junction box must have a shielding layer, and the shielding layer must be well grounded, otherwise it may cause abnormal jumping of weight display data. It is recommended to use specialized weighing signal cables for weighing signals, and to lay them away from high voltage and power cables.

(3) The T831 AJ serial communication interface has an RS485 serial interface, which is half duplex communication. After connecting the RS-485 to RS-232 converter, the RS-485 serial communication interface is connected to the RS-232 serial communication interface of the computer. RS-485 network is suitable for Modbus RTU communication protocol.

(4) T831 AJ analog quantity has two forms of output: current output and voltage output. Voltage and current cannot be output simultaneously, only one can be selected. The interface is defined as Io+, Io -, Vo+, Vo -, and the specific interface location is subject to the instrument label definition.

(5) T831 A analog current output can be selected from 4-20mA, 0-24mA, 0-20mA, and voltage output can be selected from ± 10V, ± 5V, 0-5V, 0-10V. It should be noted that voltage output and current output cannot be used simultaneously. These voltage or current options can be set and selected through the AOOUT Type menu. It is recommended to directly connect the Fine Tune menu analog calibration to the upper computer device (such as PLC/PC system) to monitor its data.
