Product Introduction
The torque sensor T210 has a precise measurement system that supplies power in a non-contact manner and transmits measurement values from the rotor to the stator. In addition, rotational speed and angle can also be collected. These values are transmitted through classical analog signals or advanced digital interface IO Link. The T210 axis torque sensor has these functions, so it can be widely used and is usually used for offline testing on production lines or development test benches. Finally, the circular shaft end allows for easy and free integration. Due to its standardized design, almost all existing equipment can be easily retrofitted using T210.

2、 Issues to consider when converting from T21WN to T210
1. About size
The length and width of sensors with the same range are the same. The height of T210 is slightly higher, but for most applications, the space in this direction is not important. The installation holes on the bottom and measuring side are the same. But T210 does not have mounting holes on the drive side.
2. About the shaft end
The diameter of the shaft end is exactly the same
3. What needs to be considered in terms of electrical aspects
The plugs used are the same, the pin assignments are very similar, and the cables already in use can also be used with T210.
4. Regarding the output signal
The frequency output (10 kHz ± 5 kHz) and voltage output (± 10 V) are basically the same. In most applications, direct replacement should not have an impact.
5. What are the changes in the speed measurement system?
The current characteristic of the measurement system is 512 pulses per revolution. As before, there are two 5V square wave signals offset by 90 ° for angle measurement. And each signal can be used for speed measurement. In addition, there is a reference signal with one pulse per revolution, which facilitates measurement at high speeds. The option for 24V level signal is no longer available.
