The M15 product is a low-cost, high-performance digital pressure gauge designed specifically for measuring non corrosive gases in indoor or general working environments.
Apply the latest temperature compensation technology, ranging from -10 to+60 ℃. Small size, easy operation, with excellent accuracy of ± 1% F.S., and pressure measurement range from 0 to 150 psi.

Precautions for use
1. The instrument must be vertical: a 17mm wrench should be used to tighten it during installation, and the case should not be forcefully twisted; Collisions should be avoided during transportation;
2. The instrument should be used in an ambient temperature of -25~55 ℃;
3. Using the vibration frequency of the working environment< 25HZ, amplitude not greater than 1mm;
4. If the ambient temperature is too high during use, and the indicated value of the instrument does not return to zero or exceeds the tolerance, the sealing rubber plug on the upper part of the meter casing can be cut open to make the inner chamber of the instrument open to the atmosphere;
5. The range of instrument use should be between 1/3 and 2/3 of the upper limit;
6. Isolation devices should be added when measuring corrosive media, media that may crystallize, and media with high viscosity;
7. Instruments should be regularly calibrated (at least once every three months), and any malfunctions should be promptly repaired;
8. If the instrument fails or is damaged due to poor manufacturing quality under normal storage and use conditions within six months from the date of delivery, the company shall be responsible for repairing or replacing it;
9. Instruments for measuring corrosive media should be specified with the required conditions when ordering.
Installation method
According to the national standard "General Pressure Gauges" GB/T1226-2001, Section 4.1.2 of the pressure gauge can be divided into: directly installed pressure gauges, embedded (panel mounted) pressure gauges, and protruding (wall mounted) pressure gauges according to their threaded joints and installation methods.
1. The installation position of the pressure gauge should meet the requirements of the installation status. The dial should generally not be placed horizontally, and the height of the installation position should be easy for staff to observe.
2. The distance between the installation location of the pressure gauge and the pressure measuring point should be as short as possible to ensure good sealing and prevent leakage.
3. There should be a buffer at the front end of the installed pressure gauge; For the convenience of inspection, a shut-off valve should be installed below the instrument; When the medium is dirty or has pulse pressure, filters, buffers, and stabilized gas can be used.
