Product Description
The MGS one inch pressure gauge can measure gas or liquid pressure from -15 to 3000 psi, with a small square shape and clear display of up to 40000 designs, making it particularly suitable for use in limited spaces.
A one inch pressure gauge has two programmable NPN or PNP contact controls, and the pressure gauge display will display specific colors within a specific output range, with a total of seven colors available for selection. Convenient for users to quickly identify pressure conditions based on different colors. If used as a pressure switch, hysteresis mode or window mode can be set.
There are two options for MGS analog output, current type (4-20mA) or voltage type (1-10V), which can be transmitted for remote monitoring.

Usage precautions
1. The instrument must be vertical: during installation, a 17mm wrench should be used to tighten it, and the case should not be forcefully twisted; Collisions should be avoided during transportation;
2. The instrument should be used in an ambient temperature of -25~55 ℃;
3. Using the working environment vibration frequency< 25Hz, amplitude not exceeding 1mm;
4. During use, if the ambient temperature is too high and the instrument reading does not return to zero or exceeds the tolerance, the sealing rubber plug on the upper part of the case can be cut open to allow the instrument chamber to be connected to the atmosphere;
5. The range of instrument use should be between 1/3 and 2/3 of the upper limit;
6. Isolation devices should be added when measuring corrosive media, media that may crystallize, and media with high viscosity;
7. Instruments should be regularly calibrated (at least every three months), and any malfunctions should be repaired promptly;
8. If the instrument fails or is damaged due to poor manufacturing quality under normal storage and use conditions within six months from the date of leaving the factory, the company shall be responsible for repairing or replacing it;
9. Instruments for measuring corrosive media are required, and the required conditions should be specified when ordering.
Installation method
According to the national standard "General Pressure Gauges" GB/T1226-2001, Section 4.1.2 of the pressure gauge can be divided into three types based on threaded joints and installation methods: directly installed pressure gauges, embedded (disc mounted) pressure gauges, and protruding (wall mounted) pressure gauges.
1. The installation position of the pressure gauge should meet the requirements of the installation status. The dial should generally not be placed horizontally, and the height of the installation position should be easy for workers to observe.
2. The distance between the installation of the pressure gauge and the pressure measuring point should be as short as possible to ensure good sealing and prevent leakage.
3. There should be a buffer at the front end of the installed pressure gauge; For the convenience of inspection, a shut-off valve should be installed below the instrument; When the medium is dirty or has pulse pressure, filters, buffers, and stabilizing gas can be used.
