    Performance indicators of weighing sensors
The performance of a weighing system can be measured by indicators such as linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and creep.
Linear:Indicates the degree of consistency between the actual output of the system and the theoretical straight line. As shown in the figure, when a linear error occurs, the output of the system at no-load and full load is correct, but the input-output point between these two points is inconsistent with the ideal state. Linear error is the maximum difference between the theoretical straight line and the actual output curve.
Lag:Indicates the degree to which the input-output curve of the system does not coincide during loading and unloading processes.
Repeatability:Indicates the degree of inconsistency in the system's output for consecutive weighing of the same weight during loading or unloading. It is usually expressed as the percentage of the difference between the minimum output and the maximum output of the system under the same loading conditions to the total output.
Creep:The characteristic of the system withstanding a constant weight at a certain temperature, and the output changing over time due to mechanical deformation of the elastic material of the sensor.

    Pressure sensorCommon definitions of

Standard pressure: The pressure magnitude expressed in atmospheric pressure. A pressure greater than atmospheric pressure is called positive pressure; Less than atmospheric pressure is called negative pressure.
Differential pressure (pressure difference): The relative difference between two pressures.
Absolute pressure (A): The pressure magnitude expressed in absolute vacuum.
Relative pressure (gauge pressure) (G): relative to standard pressure. Gauge pressure=absolute pressure - atmospheric pressure.
Atmospheric pressure: refers to the pressure generated by gravity on the air column on the surface of the Earth. It is related to its altitude, latitude, and meteorological conditions. 1 standard atmospheric pressure (1atm) is equivalent to the pressure of a mercury column at an altitude of 760mm.
Vacuum: refers to a pressure state below atmospheric pressure. 1Torr=1/760 atmospheric pressure (atm).
    Installation Guidelines for Pressure Sensors

Before installation, please carefully read the product manual and verify the relevant information of the product.
Sensors should be installed in a ventilated, dry, corrosion-free, and cool place. If installed outdoors, a protective cover should be added to avoid the normal use of the product being affected by sunlight and rain.
Avoid strong impact or hitting with a rod during installation.
Connect the wires according to the correct wiring method, while paying attention to protecting the outgoing wires of the sensor.
When cleaning the pressure interface and pressure hole of the sensor, trichloroethylene or alcohol should be injected into the pressure hole, gently shaken, and then the liquid poured out repeatedly.
Do not use any hard tools to insert into the pressure hole to avoid damaging the sensitive core.
