Product Introduction
(1) The BLH Nobel remote digital display receives and displays serial ASCII data transmitted by the host LCp-100, LCp-200 series weight indicators/transmitters. Based on the provided data, the remote monitor accurately replicates the weight/tension values displayed on the host device.
(2) The instructions also include gross, net, and rate information. The unit only requires a pair of twisted pair cables for interconnection and installation at a distance of 2000 feet from the host device. Remote display devices are very suitable for applications where the resolution of analog panel instruments is insufficient. Simulation display only presents approximate values of actual weight data, while serial communication ensures the replication of numbers. Precise accuracy, easy installation, and optional NEMA or explosion-proof enclosures make these units the perfect choice for remote display in factories or control rooms.
(3) The zero point and tare weight keys on the front panel send the command to reset the keys and tare weight to the host device. However, the function of the G/N (gross net profit rate) key is independent of the host device. For example, the remote LCp-200R device can display net weight or rates, while the host LCp-200 displays gross weight.
