Product Introduction
(1) The LCm-200 "Expert" series controller is specifically designed for Class III and Class III HD scale systems. Each unit complies with NIST Manual 44 (NTEP) and the requirements for legal trade in Canadian metrology. The combination of tamper proof sealing and configuration menu lock-in ensures maximum security based on the LCm-200 system.
(2) LCm-200s is compatible with all strain gauges and can be easily connected to any monitoring system based on PLC, PC, or DCS. High performance 'expert' features include plug and play rapid calibration, rate by weight mass flow measurement, continuous online diagnostics, and dynamic digital filtering. The process control options provide high-resolution 16 bit analog outputs, 8 solid-state set point relay outputs, and various communication standard protocols such as Allen Bradley remote I/O, Modbus Plus, Modbus RTU, and Fisher Provox.
(3) The complete safety weighing software operating system incorporates over 50 years of application expertise from BLH. Online diagnostics continuously monitor system performance and alert operators before potential issues occur.
