Product Description:
(1) Shell: anodized aluminum oxide
(2) Installation: Adjustable clamp
(3) Pull rod: AISI 303 stainless steel, with anti rotation device, internal thread M2.5x6
(4) Measuring contact: Hard steel ball with M5x0.5 knurling, quenched, with buffered elasticity
(5) Flexible bearings: DU flexible plastic bearings at both ends
(6) Resistance element: conductive plastic
(7) Sliding brush component: Precious metal multi touch foot sliding brush with elastic damping

Product Introduction:
The displacement sensor utilizes conductive plastic and sliding brushes for direct measurement of position or object contour, without any form of solid mechanical coupling.
A unique and important feature of these sensor components is their sturdy and engineering proven structural design.
It is particularly important that the flexible bearings at both ends of the sensor can effectively buffer when encountering lateral stress (such as in cam applications). A special clamp is fixed at the rear end of the pull rod, which can be easily used in places where automatic retraction is required using a cylinder or electromagnet.
