Product Introduction:
This sensor integrates the compact and cost-effective features of a multi turn potentiometer for multi turn angle measurement.
This product combines single turn angle measurement with separate turn counting technology for multi turn angle measurement, with high resolution and accuracy. Due to its ability to detect and memorize the number of turns stored in the event of power failure, this sensor can store the angle of rotation and is a truly compact power on read sensor.
The sensor adopts a magnetic induction non-contact working principle internally, resulting in a long service life and high resistance to mechanical influences such as impact and vibration.
The working range can be selected from 2 to 16 turns, with a rotation angle of up to 5760°. The output signal can be single or dual output, with excellent linearity within the selected range. The working range is therefore utilized to a large extent by Zui. The sensor housing is made of high-grade special high-temperature resistant plastic material. The installation adopts an extended slot method for plating and fixing, with flexible adjustment. Simply adjust the mechanical structure to easily install.
Non gap toothed/embedded connection ensures simple and fast installation. The sensor is not affected by moisture and dust. The signal output is achieved through a sealed shielded cable led out from the casing. Due to its compact and non-contact design, the RSM2800 sensor has greatly reduced the system cost for some expensive applications such as gear Transcell.
