Product Introduction:
This series of sensors is mainly used for direct and accurate measurement of displacement and length in control, adjustment, and measurement systems. The non pull rod design allows the sensor to slide on the side of the sensor and move along the length direction of the sensor, avoiding the common problem of sensor failure caused by the "pump" effect in general sensors, and the stroke can reach 3000 millimeters.
The novel ball joint releases the torque generated by unevenness or inclination, and the sensor bears uniform tensile force. Installation of fixtures allows for fine-tuning. Based on the relationship between material and process, the temperature coefficient of the sensor is extremely low. The sturdy structure and materials enable the sensor to operate reliably under harsh temperature and vibration conditions. The measurement principle of the sensor is simple, with passive and jue pair output, which makes it not affected by external electromagnetic effects. At the same time, it does not require a built-in power supply and can maintain real-time displacement data in case of power failure.
