Installation of speed control valves at both ends of Airtac cylinder
　
1. Yadeke cylinders should be equipped with speed control valves at both ends
　
When debugging the Yadeke cylinder, the throttle valve should gradually open from the fully closed state, and slowly adjust the driving speed of the Yadeke cylinder from low speed to the required speed.
　
The installation of Yadeke throttle valve generally includes two methods: exhaust throttle and intake throttle. In pneumatic systems, exhaust throttling is mostly used because it can generate back pressure in the cylinder during operation, making the travel speed or speed adjustment of the Yadeke cylinder more stable. It can also prevent the piston rod from suddenly advancing rapidly and hitting the cylinder head during startup.
　
2. When debugging the cylinder with buffer at Yadeke, the buffer valve installed on the cylinder head should be readjusted from small to large according to the size of the load and speed, so that the cylinder does not produce rebound phenomenon. It is important not to use force to adjust the buffer during the adjustment process, otherwise poor buffering or damage to the sealing components of the piston under rapid conditions may occur.
