(1) The T210 torque sensor is a precision torque measurement system that uses wireless power supply and signal transmission. It can accurately measure torque, speed, and rotation angle, providing two signal output modes: voltage and frequency. T210 is precise and reliable, with a circular shaft end that can be easily integrated into various industrial applications, such as offline testing or development test benches. Standardized design allows almost all existing equipment to be retrofitted with T210.

2、 Issues to consider when converting from T21WN to T210
1. About size
The length and width of sensors with the same range are the same. The height of T210 is slightly higher, but for most applications, the space in this direction is not important. The installation holes on the bottom and measuring side are the same. But T210 does not have mounting holes on the drive side.
2. About the shaft end
The diameter of the shaft end is exactly the same
3. What needs to be considered in terms of electrical aspects
The plugs used are the same, the pin assignments are very similar, and the cables already in use can also be used with T210.
4. Regarding the output signal
The frequency output (10 kHz ± 5 kHz) and voltage output (± 10 V) are basically the same. In most applications, direct replacement should not have an impact.
5. What are the changes in the speed measurement system?
The current characteristic of the measurement system is 512 pulses per revolution. As before, there are two 5V square wave signals offset by 90 ° for angle measurement. And each signal can be used for speed measurement. In addition, there is a reference signal with one pulse per revolution, which facilitates measurement at high speeds. The option for 24V level signal is no longer available.
