1、 AST-3P transmitter product introduction
AST 3P is a high-performance transmitter installed on a DIN rail, designed specifically for strain gauge sensor applications. It converts the output of the connected weighing sensor into a very stable signal, suitable for PC or PLC based control systems. AST 3P is typically used for displaying data or local displays required for front panel settings. Setting and calibration programs can be easily performed through the front panel or by using the deltaCOM program on a standard PC running on Windows 95/98/2000/NT4/ME/XP.
All setting data can be stored in the host and loaded when replacing the transmitter (complete deltaCOM version is required).
The transmitter is equipped with two relay outputs with a response time of less than 20 milliseconds. Used for high-precision liquid level control applications.
The unique patented A/D converter has high resolution and stability, and is the core of the transmitter. This advanced technology provides analog and serial outputs that can be adjusted to provide users with accurate, stable, and responsive measurement information.
The AST 3P is compatible with other instruments in the Nobel program and can communicate with the general process control host PC/PLC through the standard RS-485/MODBUS RTU protocol.
Fieldbus communication can be achieved through Nobel's GATE 3S module.
