IND570 is a universal weighing terminal with advanced technology and powerful functions developed by Mettler Toledo Company. It can connect widely used strain gauge sensors and high-precision sensors using electromagnetic force compensation technology. It has many communication interfaces with PC or PLC and digital I/O control ports. The IND570 also has panel, desktop, and wall mounting options. Through different combinations, the IND570 can almost become the most perfect weighing solution in many industrial applications. These application areas include basic weighing, general process control, formulation, weight inspection, vehicle weighing, filling, and mixing ingredients.
Using an extremely fast A/D conversion rate of 366Hz, TraxDSP ™ Patented digital filtering technology and Refresh rate of 50Hz input/output points. The IND570 can easily achieve accurate weighing data from milligrams to tons.
The superiority of IND570 in filling and ingredient application lies in its ability to work in three modes: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic, combined with advanced control algorithms to achieve fast and accurate weighing control of materials. IND570 provides customers with more cost-effective solutions. It can control up to 20 digital output points and complete all control of fixed value weighing without the need for PLC or other external I/O devices. It can reduce intermediate links and improve the overall reliability, control accuracy, and execution efficiency of the control system.
To achieve more advanced constant value weighing, the Fill-570 application software has added a constant value weighing process. Users can quickly configure their own filling programs or create mixed ingredient applications for up to 6 materials without the need for complex and expensive programming.
Whether it's exchanging weight data with PLC or through InSite ™ PC tools provide simpler terminal configurations, and IND570 offers multiple solutions to improve application level. The IND570 standard version integrates USB interface and RS232/422/485 serial interface, and also provides optional slots for PLC, Ethernet TCP/IP, and digital I/O support for selection.
