1. Speed regulating valves should be installed at both ends of Japanese SMC cylinders
When debugging the Japanese SMC cylinder, the throttle valve should gradually open from the fully closed state, and slowly adjust the driving speed of the Japanese SMC cylinder from low speed to the required speed.
The installation of SMC throttle valves in Japan generally includes two methods: exhaust throttle and intake throttle. In pneumatic systems, exhaust throttling is mostly used because it can generate back pressure in the cylinder during operation, making the travel speed or speed adjustment of Japanese SMC cylinders more stable. It can also avoid sudden and rapid push of the piston rod and collision with the cylinder head during startup.
2. When debugging SMC cylinders with buffering in Japan, the buffering valve installed on the cylinder head should be readjusted from small to large according to the size of the load and speed, so that the cylinder does not experience rebound phenomenon. It is important not to use force to adjust the buffering during the adjustment process, otherwise poor buffering may occur or the piston may damage the seal under rapid conditions.
