Product Introduction
(1) The EZ Mount weighing module is designed to maximize accuracy while highly resisting the adverse effects of overload and lateral load forces.
(2) Each module consists of a curved beam sensor, encapsulated in a sturdy stainless steel mounting system.
The module is specifically designed for low capacity process containers, meeting IP68 and NEMA 6 immersion requirements, and is mechanically resistant to high overload and lateral load forces. The built-in load adaptation technology can automatically compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the container.
(3) The sturdy protective plate located above the cable entry gland can prevent damage caused by equipment debris and traffic.
(4) The simplified bolt pattern accelerates the renovation and installation of new containers. The EZ Mount module can be fully installed without a load beam, reducing the risk of weight sensor failure. After installation, simply slide the crossbeam into place and adjust the overload safety stop.
(5) In areas that are frequently flushed, the grounding strip can be removed (after installation) without affecting module performance.
