Product Introduction
(1) The Z-BLOK weighing module is designed to meet the requirements of inventory and process weighing applications. The non check design (without braces or check bars), low profile, and uniform bolt spacing simplify installation on new or existing containers. The overall expansion component, dual cantilever design, and temperature compensated full bridge sensor minimize temperature effects, allowing for precise measurements in almost any indoor or outdoor environment.
(2) When seismic or wind resistance is a structural design requirement, ANSI/ASCE qualified design provides an effective balance between the performance as a sensor and the strength as a structural component.
(3) Lateral loads up to 100% full range caused by mixer torque, vibration, or other external forces actually have no effect on weight measurement.
(4) The overall cable conduit fittings, sealed strain gauges, and stainless steel sensors ensure a long service life in damp or flushed locations. The high overload capacity, ductile iron installation hardware, and high-strength assembly bolts enable Z-BLOK to survive in places where other products fail.
