Product Introduction
(1) The KDH-3 weighing module integrates a cylindrical double ended shear beam sensor, which can highly resist measurement errors caused by process dynamics. The self checking installation hardware is designed to meet the structural requirements of ANSI and ASCE for wind and earthquake applications, while allowing for thermal expansion and contraction of the container. This statement should not be considered as a complete engineering evaluation.
(2) The beamformer and installation hardware components are entirely made of hardened stainless steel. The installation hardware has undergone electrical polishing, and the beam sealing protection level has reached IP67, making it reliable for use in sanitary and/or corrosive process environments.
(3) KDH-3 can accurately measure in applications with thermal expansion and dynamic forces, making it highly suitable for weighing systems in heating and stirring processes.
