Product Introduction
(1) The application of FMU includes paper processing machines in all areas and steel plant strip tension equipment.
(2) Each FMU consists of two precision weighing sensors, a load plate carrying the axle platform, and a bottom plate mounted on the machine bracket. The unique design of FMU allows for measuring the tension of synthetic roll paper without the need to install the entire component on a tilted bracket. Because the pressure measuring elements are cylindrical, they can rotate to measure the precise direction of the resultant force.
(3) Measuring the resultant force instead of the vertical or horizontal components ensures the highest accuracy and eliminates the constraint of package angles.
(4) The tension signal from FMU is directly fed into the roll paper tension transmitter, which provides weighing sensor excitation and communication interface for the host PLC/DCS system.
